Avignon, October 31, 1857, 1 p. in-4: "I have the honor to send you an expedition of my decree, dated this day, by which I appointed you professor of Physics and Chemistry at the communal schools". - [The same]. Signed document. Avignon, October 31, 1857, 1 p. in-4" Art. 1. M. Fabre, Jean Henri [] is appointed Professor of Physics and Chemistry at the local schools to replace M. Rédarès, deceased. - Art. 2e. Fabre added with his hand: "Flourens" on the first envelope and "Instruction publique" on the second.
