Three lotas India, 19th century A lota from Kashmir, made of silver partly nielloed and enamelled in red and yellow on the gadrooned belly with engraved decoration of birds and flowers. Shock to the belly. A second one in brass with engraved decoration of various registers of geometric motifs, partly inlaid with copper on the belly, and a ring in relief evoking a chain at the base of the neck. Another lota of brass from southern India (probably Deccan) inlaid with two copper plates, with engraved decoration of birds and vegetal motifs.
