Silver jam dish, in the form of a covered Medici vase, decorated with two handles with reptile decoration, the openwork body decorated with a woman with a lyre framed by large palmettes. It is richly decorated with friezes of palmettes, stripes of heart, and laurel. The pedestal rests on a square base with claw feet. The slightly curved lid is topped by a catch representing a squirrel. Inside cut crystal. Punches : Paris, 1819-1838. Goldsmith : O.G. or D.G. H_30 cm D_16 cm. Net weight : 551.05 grams, 950°/00
