Miniature on ivory signed and dated on the right: Jacques. 1812. H_5.4 cm L_3.8 cm, (as seen), mounted on a gold brooch (horsehead hallmark), ivory reverse. Gross weight: 15 grams, 18K, 750°/00. H_6 cm W_4.4 cm, with mounting (glass in poor condition). Provenance: coll. Paul Fourché (1840-1922) then by descent. Expert: N.
