Brown half-bodied woman seated three-quarters to the left in white and crimson dress with high ruff, braided chignon and curls at the temples, on a column background surrounded by a crimson curtain. Miniature on ivory, rect. H_10.2 cm W_8 cm (when viewed). Large 19th-century gilded wood and stucco frame. H_28 cm W_26 cm, for the frame. Gross weight: 1286 grams. Provenance: coll.
