Charles Malexis's personal copy of the contract between Malexis, Mac Orlan, Dorgeles, Daragnès and Gounouilhou, signed on June 15, 1920, founding the small Banderole publishing house. Typescript signed by the parties. In 1920, following the first Salon de l'Araignée, Charles Malexis and Pierre Mac Orlan joined forces with Roland Dorgeles and Marcel Gounouilhou to found La Banderole publishing house. Their artistic director was Jean-Gabriel Daragnès. La Banderole published great texts, by Dorgelès and Anatole France for example, and called on young artists such as Pierre Falké and Dunoyer de Segonzac.
