Made and drawn up in 1839 by Louis GOUBAULT, former 1st class surveyor of the Loire department, residing in Brêves, Nièvre. It includes : a handwritten plan of the site of the former château de Montenoison. an indicative table. a set of 45 ink and watercolor plans of properties, mainly located in the communes of Nolay and La Machine, surveyed between 1830 and 1839. a plan on lined sheet of the Fondjudas estate properties.
