Spain, Miquelet-style platinum rifle. Octagonal then round steel barrel, 95 cm, decorated with gold scrolls with gold lettering. "EN MADRID FRANCISCO LOPEZ ANO DE 1759". Gold-tipped sights. Smooth barrel, 1.8 cm in diameter, held to the wood with two iron grenadier rings. Miquelet lock, working, fine armorial stamp, "Madrid" marking. A screw is missing from the lock plate. Iron trigger guard with the same hallmark as the lock. Chiseled lock plate and trigger guard. Iron buttplate. Stock in good condition, one small blow near the sights. Whalebone ramrod. Good condition. L_136 cm
