OMEGA SensorQuartz. Demonstration clock. Quartz clock. Rectangular gray aluminum cabinet case with black rim and 9 explanatory windows at the top that can be changed using the two knobs on the side, round black push-buttons, screw-down back. LCD dial, black screen protector, painted logo. Movement: digital quartz. Calibre 1640 Okapi (circa 1980). The Okapi caliber was a true technical feat, in particular with its micro-processor, giving it the ability to perform 9 operations simultaneously. Omega developed demonstration clocks to show customers the possibilities of such a movement. This is a rather rare caliber, with only 15,000 produced.
