OMEGA SpeedSonic F300HZ - Reference 188.0002. Steel electronic wrist chronograph. Steel cushion case, smooth bezel, graduated blue internal tachometric scale, fluted crown, round pushers, screw-down caseback engraved in Seamaster medallion format with seahorse. Blue dial, grey and black applied baguette hour markers with luminescent paint dots at their tips, grey and black baton hands with patinated luminescent paint, white painted central chronograph hand, white painted baton minute track, French day and date window at 3 o'clock, 12-hour totalizer counter at 6 o'clock, 30-minute totalizer counter at 9 o'clock, small seconds at 12 o'clock, painted logo. Movement: electronic tuning fork. Caliber 1255 12 jewels certified Chronometer - Numbered 38417537 (circa 1974). Case, dial and movement signed. Case dimensions: 43 mm. Black perforated leather strap with Omega folding clasp. Marketed in 1973, this reference completes the Speedmaster range with the innovative tuning fork caliber invented by Max Hetzel. 11900 pieces of this caliber were produced.
