OMEGA ElectroQuartz Table Clock - Reference PE-5700. Quartz table clock. Grey cambered rectangular case in Cycolac, clip-on back. Black oval dial, painted white baton hour markers, painted white baton minute track, white syringe hands, white central baton seconds, date window at 2 o'clock, applied logo. Movement: quartz. Caliber 1390. (circa 1970). Movement and dial signed. Dimensions: 14 x 10 x 11 cm. Produced in 1,000 pieces, this table clock is entirely developed by Omega. This is a first for the brand, with this high-frequency thermo-compensated quartz caliber. This type of movement ensures exceptional precision; in our case, the variation in precision is only +/- 1 second per month if we install this little clock in an environment where the temperature is between 10 and 30 degrees. If we install it in an area where the temperature is stable, the variation is only 1/100th of a second. A piece where precision was the headliner.
