CHINA, Qianlong period (1736-1795). Meiping porcelain vase decorated in blue underglaze with fruits and branches. The foot is decorated with a frieze of banana leaves, the shoulder with a frieze of lotus petals and the neck with four flowers. Qianlong period, 18th century. H_33 cm L_23.2 cm. Provenance: Colin POURRAT collection (1821-1889), then by descent. Bourbonnais family. Colin Pourrat, Brigadier General in 1878, commanded the Polytechnic School until 1880.
