Biography of Pierre Ayrault, Lieutenant Criminel of Angers, author's grandfather Gilles Ménage, grammarian and historian of Angers. Ex-libris J. Daudier (1866). Other ex-Libris crossed out (Guy Daudier?). Title page restored and missing. Notes in pencil and pen in margin. Handwritten P 218, bound in the book, as well as a handwritten table page. Tables full of penciled additions. Cover rubbed, top cover damaged.
