In-4 in half cloth, 41 pages and (3). Precise study of a penal practice mentioned in the book "La Kabylie et les coutumes kabyles" by Hanoteau and Letourneux, published in 1872. The copy is accompanied by 16 pages of handwritten notes and documents on Mr. Hanoteau's work, a leaf from the 1930 Paris-centre newspaper containing an article entitled "Un decizois de qualité Adolphe Hanoteau grand algérien" and a visiting card from Louis Milliot, dean of the Algiers law faculty, written in violet ink and dated 1934. Unique copy. A rare item.
