Rare copy of the law thesis defended by Raoul Bompard (1860-1939), who was deputy for the Seine, secretary of the Chamber of Republicans, and president of the Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeals, as well as president of the supervisory board of public assistance in Paris.
Bound with the dissertation by Joseph Imbart de La Tour (1859-1934), a doctor of law and lawyer of Nivernais origin, whose subject overlaps with that of the previous dissertation.
This copy bears the stamped bookplate of Professor Le Fur of Caen.
