DE BOURGOING (Adolphe). L'Espagne, souvenirs de 1823 à 1833, Paris: Dufart et Delaunay, 1834. In-8 in full black basane, smooth spine decorated with gilt fillets, 347 pages. Adolphe de Bourgoing (1797 in Nevers -1879 in Paris) was officer to the Minister of War in 1823, to the general of the 5th division of the 4th army corps in Catalonia. This is the experience from which he draws these souvenirs. Ex-libris of the Franc-Port library. Label of the Clavreuil bookshop. Corners slightly dulled.
