MORELLET - BARAT- BUSSIÈRE. Le Nivernois, album historique et pittoresque published by MM. Morellet, Barat, Bussière in Nevers by Bussière in 1838. Two volumes in half red chagrin with corners, spine ribbed, gilt title of I: XL, 260 pages, 39 plates out of text and a folding view and II: 256 pages, 79 plates out of text and (4°). First edition of this reference work on the history of the Nivernais, illustrated with 119 out-of-text lithographs, including the map of the Nivernois in the frontispiece, and a large fold-out map at the end of Volume I. Large tear on map, corners dulled, boards rubbed, traces of sunstain.
