Round case, crown for setting universal hours, screw closure, signed White dial, rotating discs for setting universal hours, central hand for date indication, signed.
Quartz movement.
Plated metal buckle, signed.

With case and surboîte, booklet "Montre Louis Vuitton 1".
As early as 1910, Louis Vuitton entered the watchmaking sector by creating and marketing a series of travel clocks. In the 1980s, the brand called on Italian designer Gae Aulenti (1927-2012) to imagine a watch dedicated to travelers. A renowned architect and designer, Gae Aulenti is considered one of the greatest female achitects of the 20ᵉ century. Louis Vuitton's first mass-produced watch, World Timer I is equipped with a quartz movement designed by IWC.
