Automatic movement cal. 562, chronometer-certified, signed. Gold bracelet (attached). Wrist circumference: approx. 19 cm. Diameter: 35 mm. Gross weight: 75.00 g. Provenance : Amateur collection. Since the launch of the Constellation collection in 1952, the caseback of every watch has featured the same emblem: that of an astronomical observatory. This motif, inspired by observatory competitions, represents the dome of an observatory surrounded by eight stars, a reference to Omega's eight victories in the annual chronometry competitions organized by observatories between 1945 and 1952. CONDITION REPORT (indicative): Movement operational at the time of catalog writing. Unsigned bracelet (eagle-head hallmark). Dial with patina. Several watchmaker's markings on caseback.
