Produced for 10 years, the Submariner 7928 is a legendary military watch.
Used by the U.S.NAVY and the French Navy, this model appeared in the Tudor collection in 1959, and set itself apart from previous Submariners with its extended water-resistance to 200 meters and, above all, its crown protection shoulders.
What makes our watch special are the pointed crown shoulders.
Featuring a "Tropical" dial, this watch is a particularly attractive collector's item.
CONDITION REPORT (for information only) :
Movement operational at time of catalog writing. Insert bead missing. Several watchmaker's markings visible in caseback. Overhaul recommended. Please note that all watches are sold as is. Most watches have been opened to identify movement type and quality, including water-resistant watches, so the buyer is advised to consult a watchmaker to review the water-resistance of the watch.
