Note: Polycarpe Joaillier was associated with Pascal Sebah (then his son Jean Sebah or Jean Pascal Sebah) from 1885. They opened a workshop in Istanbul, 439, Grande Rue de Pera, which became one of the most prestigious in the Near East until the early 20th century.
