Clément MÈRE (1861-1940). A very precious spherical pot with a fixed lid. The ivory base, finely carved with vertical pebbled reserves, has a polychrome, brown and red patina. silver cabochons evoking flower hearts. The fixed top, grip and scalloped collar are executed in silver. Circa 1910-1920. Signed C. MÈRE, in raised red engraving under the base. Gross weight: 133 grams, 925°/00. H_6 cm D_5.8 cm, minor dents and dings on the silver part of the top. Expert : Emmanuel Eyraud : a Cic will be issued, not allowing export outside the European Union.
