Remarkable model of a BR89 steam locomotive, this one a Berlin 1935 model. It is in 1/87th scale. The locomotive is made of lacquered tinplate for the body and steel for the moving parts. A wooden sheath conceals a compressor to power the locomotive, which is mounted on castors.
