Set of five volumes in uniform binding, in glazed half calf with corners, I: 508 pages, II: 508 pages, III: (3), 508 pages; IV: 507 pages, (1); V: (4), 508 pages. Weekly issue, published every Saturday from March 31, 1832 to October 31, 1845. Numerous black engravings. Copies bearing the bookplate of De Sars Père, Aire. Significant tear to upper head of 1838 and 1841 volumes. Some foxing. Epidermures. Corners dull. The 1841 copy is part of the new series, in a slightly smaller format.
