Large in-4 in full calf embossed with the arms of Pierre Daniel HUET (Azure with 3 golden bells counterposed, surmounted by 2 ermine spots argent.) (16), 800 pages, (84). Bilingual Greek-Latin text on two columns. Illustrated with a title vignette and an out-of-text engraving. A copy bearing the arms of Pierre Daniel Huet (1630-1721), French philosopher, theologian, bishop of Soissons, bishop of Avranches and member of the Académie française; he was sub-preceptor to the Grand Dauphin in 1670, for whom he published the edition of the classics Ad Usum Delphini. Ex libris of J.B Bachelet in pen on title page. Worm work without affecting the text. Spine undone. Corners dulled.
