Large in-4 in full calf embossed with the arms of Pierre Daniel HUET (Azure with 3 golden bells counterposed, surmounted by 2 ermine spots argent.) (16), 800 pages, (84).
Bilingual Greek-Latin text on two columns. Illustrated with a title vignette and an out-of-text engraving.
A copy bearing the arms of Pierre Daniel Huet (1630-1721), French philosopher, theologian, bishop of Soissons, bishop of Avranches and member of the Académie française; he was sub-preceptor to the Grand Dauphin in 1670, for whom he published the edition of the classics Ad Usum Delphini.
