Ateliers J. BENOIT in Nancy. "Saint Elizabeth of Hungary". Stained glass window in polychrome, grisaille, silver yellow, enamels... The saint is shown standing, crowned and dressed as a princess; in her right hand, she holds a purse, and with her left hand, she is giving alms to a kneeling beggar. She stands out against a rich background of flowers and acanthus leaves. At the top, surrounded by a crown of thorns, two doves drink from a hanap. France by J. Benoit 1928. H. 191 cm. L. 64 cm.
