Magistrate's sword, NIII period. Triangular blade, 85 cm, damascened with gold scrolls. Heel 1 cm. Gilt bronze guard, burnished steel. Cloverleaf pommel surmounted by the Imperial Eagle. Gilt-bronze, burnished-steel, diamond-tipped quillon. Black pearl chain links pommel to quillon. Leather scabbard with brass fittings. Good condition.
