ARCHITECTURE/PARIS] VACHON (Marius)] Le nouvel hôtel de ville de Paris, 1872-1900, Paris, Édition du conseil municipal, 1900 A large in-4 volume in full green percaline, smooth spine with gilded decoration and title page, in a slipcase of : IV, 255 pages, mitered hors-texte plates, numerous figures in the text. A look back at the reconstruction of the Paris City Hall following its fire during the Commune. The building was rebuilt between 1874 and 1882 to plans by architects Théodore Ballu and Édouard Deperthes. Binding stained by damp.
