First edition of the French translation by Henriette Loreau, the English original having appeared in London in 1857. Illustrated with a folded frontispiece plate of the Zambezi Falls, an engraved portrait of the author, numerous plates, 2 large folded maps and engravings in the text. A pleasant copy.
