A 12mo volume bound according to a design featuring a vanishing line on the front cover and a door on the back cover; plain spine with gilt title, under a black half-leather cover and a slipcase. First edition, one of 350 numbered copies printed on Arches vellum. Original lithograph by Alexeïeff as a frontispiece. A very fine copy, in its superb contemporary binding.
