Coffee table that opens to reveal a drawer set into the side panel, featuring wood veneer marquetry and gilded bronze ornamentation. An interrupted gilded bronze band encircles a tabletop inlaid with motifs related to writing and reading. Louis XVI period. H_75.5 cm W_50.5 cm D_38 cm; the right rear leg is missing; there is a small chip on the front; the marquetry on the tabletop is missing.
